Custom Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are sent using Australia Post. All items are sent via express pre-paid or registered at an extra charge. All tracking numbers are uploaded to the webshop, on the facebook page or emailed. Silky Creations Australia accepts no responsibility for delayed, damaged or lost parcels. I endeavor to post orders twice a week. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be received. Larger items will be sent via courier.

Exchanges

We do not refund for change of mind. Please select sizes carefully because if the product is not faulty no refund will be offered.
ALL Products are covered by a 3 month limited warranty - which covers snaps/velcro stitching boosters - elastic is covered for 6 months.(original owners only)
Faulty products can be returned to be fixed - please email me for details

Items that have been damaged once shipped, soiled or not treated appropriately according to specified care instructions (according to Silky Creations Australia's discretion) will not be covered by the above.

All garments are reproduced as accurately as possible. However a slight variation may occur in size and colour specifications.

Direct Deposit Payments

- Payments are to be made straight away and a copy of the reciept to be emailed thru to - order@silkycreations.com.au and RECIEVED with in 5 days of order being placed.
- If payments havent cleared in this time, your order may be cancelled - without notice and the items re-stocked.

LayBy Terms and Conditions

Layby terms are pretty easy (i like to keep things simple :) )
LayBy is avaliable for orders over $150 for either 4 or 6 weeks.
Payments are to be made weekly or fornightly. If for any reason u cant make a payment just let me know.(exceptions with in reason)
If you cancel the layby its a fee of 10% of the total order.
when 50% of payments are made i start making the nappies so that when the final payment is made they are ready to go. Custom Nappy Lay-bys will not be started untill the FULL amount has been paid.
If you have a past history of not paying for orders or have had orders cancelled please dont ask for Lay-by as the answer will be no
If you get to the checkout and you would like to layby PLEASE SELECT THE PICKUP postage option and leave a note in the checkout that you would like to layby and for how long. I will email you with the details and payment plan.
